Our standard cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance, especially for Sprinter vans, shuttle buses, and larger vehicles. For sedans and SUVs, cancellations are generally accepted up to 8 hours before pickup. For corporate and business clients traveling in a sedan or SUV, we understand that plans can change quickly, so cancellations may be accepted as close as 4 hours before pickup.
